Training Philosophy
I enjoy creating new exercises, routines, and programs using a variety of equipment and modalities, new and old exercises are combined in various sequences, resulting in clients increase muscular strength/ tone/endurance, aerobic endurance, core strength, balance and metabolism. Workouts are adjusted to suit the needs/skills/abilities of each client through the use of free weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, bands, stability balls, balance boards, Bosu, “step bench,” squat rack, and many other things.
