Training Philosophy
We use non-traditional movement-based exercises that are fun, yet challenging enough to make changes to your body. By combining the most effective strength and cardio training along with a mix of exercises and stretches you will able to accomplish more in 30 minutes than most people do in over an hour of working out.

Bio
I haven’t always been fit, and I understand the struggles many of us face to stay to active and live a healthier lifestyle. As a teenager growing up in Los Angeles, I was fairly healthy thanks in part to sports programs offered in the community. However, as I entered college, I slowly started putting on extra weight. By my sophomore year, I had gained well over 50 pounds and started feeling sluggish and unattractive. Reaching my breaking point, I started educating myself about weight loss and slowly started working out. By the time I graduated, I was in better shape than when I entered college. Unfortunately, my family continued to struggle with health issues related to diet and inactivity. Shortly after my college graduation my grandmother passed way of a heart attack and my mother was diagnosed with diabetes. My own struggles with weight and the health issues of my loved ones made me determined to help others overcome weight and health problems. As a certified personal trainer I lead by example and empower others to take charge of their health and look their absolute best.
