Personal Trainer Overview

I provide hybrid training for muscle development or body fat loss for men and women. Hybrid is a combination of in-person and online where you meet with the trainer once a week or bi-weekly for the education, review, assessment, and accountability, but are able to do the rest of the workouts on your own time. This also saves money and time.

Training Philosophy

I believe people can reach any goal, whether it be fat loss, muscle gain, or better quality of life by using weights and still being able to eat anything they like.

Bio

I grew up in Dallas, TX, and now live in Austin, TX. I started training in 2007. I genuinely love seeing people reach victories in their lives. In my free time, I play with my Westie, Maverick, go to sporting events, and take dance classes.
