I am a non binary Personal Trainer who is passionate about creating a safe space for people of all identities to connect with their bodies. I am a surfer, backpacker, rock climber, basketball player, swimmer, runner & biker. I love all kinds of movement & I love working with people!

I love providing a space where people can develop healthy connections to their bodies & movement. I offer positive reinforcement & accountability support.

Bio
I grew up in Lafayette, CA & I love adventuring outdoors. You can often find me in the mountains, on the waves or on the rock walls. Basketball was my main sport growing up, but I love all kinds of movement. I am also a visual artist & grew up doing musical theater.
