Personal Trainer Overview
I am a personal trainer with a background in rehabilitation as I used to work as a Physical Therapy Technician. I emphasize the importance of a well rounded exercise program that is also enjoyable to my clients. I have a lot of experience with weight training which I include in all my workouts because I believe improving your strength is essential to a training program. My home gym is the University Club of MSU but I am also flexible with going to clients homes and gyms if they prefer.
Training Philosophy
I believe that workouts should be varied and well rounded. They should include a variety of weight bearing, body weight, cardiovascular and circuit training exercises. I also believe that above all the workouts should be personalized to the client. I put a lot of effort into getting to know my clients and designing their programs based off of their interests and goals. There is no one size fits all when it comes to working out, therefore every client is going to have a different workout that works with their body. By choosing to train with me you are choosing a trainer who is personally invested in you and your goals, and who will work with you to achieve them.
