Personal Trainer Overview

From my service of personal training, clients will gain solid foundation on posture alignment along with strength training. It will help in improving overall body composition while seeing improvements in overall performance at the same time.

I also have experience in rehab setting training dealing with different types of clients such as ankle, shoulder, hip, lower back pain etc.

Training Philosophy

My training method is look good, feel good and perform well. It is balance aspect of training including strength, flexibility, stamina, speed and balance. The more balance you are in all aspects of fitness, the less likely injuries will occur because of less muscular imbalances.

I like to help in teaching my clients fitness as a healthy approach for the live long journey.

Education

I studied Kinesiology (Exercise and human performance specialist) at San Francisco State University. Besides, I have completed National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) personal trainer certification along with Nutrition programming.

Bio

I have been active and playing sports since elementary school and my favorite sport is soccer. After high school, I fell off and lost track of my fitness due to lack of activities and team sports such as soccer. However, I found fitness as a way to build myself from the ground up. This is where I started to learn and gather information on every aspect of training methods whether is powerlifting, bodybuilding, martial arts, swimming or boxing. I have taken all those courses and have complete understanding of each sports. I learn and in cooperate all those good skills and methods from each sport and create a program that is suitable for a certain client depending on their goal.

My way of seeing fitness is as a lifestyle and I want to help other people understand the concept of fitness along with complete understanding of engaging certain muscles and stimulate the under active muscles for injury preventative. I want my clients to understand that fitness is managable with their daily lifestyle and it will help improve their other aspects of life as well.
