Personal Trainer Overview

I am specialized in human movements and currently studying kinesiology (human movements related to exercise science). I also have solid knowledge about nutrition along with specific weight loss and lean muscle gain programs. I can construct the program according to the client's goal.

Training Philosophy

I train my clients not only to look good but also to perform better like a Navy seal. Everything should be balanced strength, endurance, cardiovascular health, flexibility and nutrition. It is like a pie chart and everything is connected. I teach my client as if fitness is a way of life rather than short term fix. I guide them through steps by steps and they are happy with the results at the end.

Associates in exercise science,

Currently studying kinesiology at San Francisco State university.

Completed anatomy, physiology, biology and nutrition classes.

Also completed sports psychology and behavioral change.

Interned as a part-time assistant coach at City College of San Francisco.

Helped athletes and over 50 clients to achieve their goal through conditioning, nutrition and rehabilitation.

Former soccer player, Currently physique athlete.
