Training Philosophy
What is unique about my approach to fitness is that form is key, in particular the quality of motion is more important than quantity. This emphasis on form means that posture and alignment will be emphasized throughout all your reps and resistance is never added unless form is maintained. For each exercise you will be guided in the proper form and movement patterns. Also, you will learn where you should feel the exercise and common mistake and trick movements to avoid. By emphasizing the quality of motion rather than doing more sets or lifting more weight, you can be ensured that your program will help prevent injury and enhance performance. You can expect functional fitness and athleticism.
