Since I was 15 years old I have been in love with fitness then I went to get my certification to become a professional personal trainer.In addition to that I get my full training background via the best personal trainer online his name is Jim Stoppani #1 PhD in fitness.I have acknowledged all his work out plan on all different body level, weight training, cardio acceleration training,build muscle, lose unwanted fat, tone up etc.I believe all my knowledge , skill will take you where do you want to be in term of fitness.I usually motivate my client by saying picture your self in a mirror with that beautiful body you want then you need to work harder to get there,I will be the right trainer for you cause I been train with the best personal trainer and I already meet a lot expectations by my client.
