Pilates Northwest, LLP, in business since 2000, is a small neighborhood Pilates studio located 15 minutes north of downtown Seattle, WA. We contract with highly specialized, educated and experienced Pilates professionals to bring you a personalized, high quality Pilates experienced that's just right for you. We welcome everyone!
Training Philosophy
Our philosophy is that each person has a unique reason they choose Pilates, and therefore each client's session should be personalized and tailored to their goals and wishes. The instructors at Pilates Northwest have been contracted with specifically because they are forward thinking problem solvers who work independently and individually. They work with injuries, rehab, athletes - beginners through advanced. We are friendly and welcoming and have superior customer service. The Pilates method will teach you how to use and strengthen your deep core while focusing on length, lean muscle tone and structural balance. Your body will work better, feel better and look better. Pilates is particulary effective for rehabilitation from injury, pregnancy, post-partum and all sports. Instructors at Pilates Northwest have been through extensive Pilates education from contemporary Pilates certification schools. We all continue to educate ourselves and share information continually.
