Personal Trainer Overview

Good biomechanics reduce the risk of injury and increase the ability to perform at maximum potential. I use several protocols, including NASM CES protocols, to help my clients improve their posture and biomechanics and combine it with other training protocols that maximize the benefits toward my clients' goals. Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger, or be a pro athlete, or just in shape like one, I will design your program to make every second you spend exercising count and everything you eat help you achieve your goal. Nutrition planning and monitoring is an essential part of achieving your goal and I include it in every program. No weight loss gimmicks or fads here. Just good solid training to get results and minimize injury.

Training Philosophy

When I am your trainer, it is all about you. We can achieve your goal, you just have to want it and you have to show up and do the work. We will take the time up front to analyze where you are now and where you want to be so we can overcome previous struggles and get the results you want. I think everything matters and everything factors into your success. Your program will include not only what we do in the studio, but what you do when you are not there. Your permanent success depends on making a lifestyle change and I will teach you what you need to do that.

I can assure you that you will get long-term results and satisfaction if you follow the program I design with you, but I will not promise you a quick fix. Our society have adapted to the quick fix/gratification and the "I want it now" mentality. But our bodies have not. Our body likes homeostasis and things to stay the same. So if you don't implement the right program, your body will resist you. I will give you proper tools to get your body to cooperate and reach good health.

Your success is up to you, I will just be helping you set the right course and keep you on track.

Master's Degree - CA University of Pennsylvania, concentration in Rehabilitation - Performance Enhancement track

23 certifications have been achieved in personal training, special populations - Arthritis, MS, yoga, pilates, lifestyle management, pre- post-natal, sports nutrition.
