In my leisure time I enjoy participating in bikini competitions, staying in touch with and inspiring my Facebook friends, traveling to tropical locales, playing tennis, public speaking and studying how fitness and diet affect our health. My lifelong motto has always been “Health is Wealth” and I believe every day is a new opportunity to improve your life. Let me show you how.
