LisandraBeFit is Westchester's premier fitness service. I offer in-home, on-site and health club personal training sessions, as well as health & diet coaching.

My mission is to help clients reach and exceed their fitness goals. I will show you how to lose those unwanted pounds, increase your muscle tone, and improve your overall health.

I may not be everyone's cup of tea, but more like a LARGE CUP OF BLACK COFFEE. I'll wake up your soul and provide you with a HIT OF JAVA incentive we all sometimes need to continue on the healthy path we know we should be gliding on.

I'm Lisandra McGrath, the owner of LisandraBeFit.com. A certified personal trainer, health and diet coach, vegan diet coach, and an IFBB professional bikini athlete. Fitness has always been my passion and I’m committed to inspiring you to adopt a healthier lifestyle.

​In my leisure time I enjoy participating in bikini competitions, staying in touch with and inspiring my Facebook friends, traveling to tropical locales, playing tennis, public speaking and studying how fitness and diet affect our health.
