Training Philosophy
I believe that we can all reach our goals with focus and commitment. Creating a plan of action followed by follow through is how I best serve my clients. I use a variety of techniquies that I have learned through my years studying yoga, pilates, strength and cardio. If I don't know it, I learn it if it will help my clients reach their fitness goals.
