I believe that improving your health and fitness should be practical and enjoyable. It is with this in mind that I employ the principle of 'work smarter, not harder'.
I specialize in sport specific strength and conditioning for Martial Artists, Olympic lifting and Paleolithic nutrition and fitness (including barefoot running and the use of minimalist footwear).

With a strong emphasis on technique and posture I aim to create programs that are individual, fun and challenging that keep you motivated towards achieving your goals. Using a variety of training methods including circuits, intervals, weights and calisthenics, I can create specific training and nutrition programs that will help you:
