Personal Trainer Overview
I want to help you be the best version of yourself through development of lifestyle changes in regards to nutrition and fitness. You will learn to recognize that health and fitness comes in many shapes and sizes which will help you look for and find the healthy fit individual within yourself. We will focus on body positiveness, encouraging self-love at every stage throughout your fitness journey. You will learn how to care for your body on a daily basis so that it provides you with a sturdy vessel to get you through day-to-day living for years to come.
Training Philosophy
I believe in actual fitness rather than the appearance of fitness. Actual fitness is the only outcome worthy of the training that you commit to and endure. It is the only path to a better health of mind, body, and spirit.
I want you to feel empowered, strong, healthy, confident, and capable. I help you achieve this through creating that strength, making those healthy habit changes, showing you what your body can do, and pushing you to your highest capabilities through motivation and encouragement.
I incorporate strength training using TRX suspension trainer, kettlebells, free weights, and even the use of your own bodyweight. I incorporate explosive power and cardio endurance with kettlebells. We'll work on your flexibility and mobility with some yoga poses and TRX training. And we'll create a healthier relationship with your food choices and daily habits.
