Personal Trainer Overview
Physical therapist and medical professional who starts the training process by making sure health and movement are good first, setting the stage for building strength, power, flexibility, and athletic performance. Movement screening is done to make sure that we prescribe the correct exercises, personalized for you, not a cookie cutter program.
Training Philosophy
Health and our basic movement profile are the foundation for which all athletics, skill, power, strength, and flexibility are built upon. A medical professional with a fitness background is best equipped to make sure you start your training at the right place. Then, we add the right tools for you, whether it's Yoga, kettlebells, bodyweight exercise, or a healthy dose of corrective exercise to get you started off right. Nothing derails your workouts like an injury, aggravation of an old injury, or being unaware of an injury on the horizon.
