Personal Trainer Overview
As a young boy I didn't grow up playing sports like most kids. It wasn't until my 30's that fitness and nutrition came onto my radar. Feeling unhealthy while my immune system was floating in the gutter and my back issues progressively getting worse, I turned to exercise. Fitness not only was a cure-all for me, it really helped me discover who I really am... A super optimistic person who loves life and wants to help other's achieve their fitness and nutrition goals! That said... This is precisely why I will help you FUEL your mind and body with the right kind of nutrition and provide you with a fitness regimen that will have you feeling like a well-oiled machine regardless of age or fitness level!

Training is NOT a one size fits all. Every individual is unique in their own way, and as a trainer my years of experience and education has prepared me to work with virtually anyone from any walk of life and any fitness level.

My name is Laz, owner and founder of JNG Fitness. As a Health & Fitness Coach I've worked with thousands of clients of various ages and fitness levels for nearly 20 years. I am 52 years YOUNG! During college and throughout my late 20's my back was falling apart. I was completely out of shape and my immune system was floating in the gutter! Today I wake up EVERY morning feeling like a 19-year-old gymnast!!
My unique background has afforded me the opportunity to work folks from all backgrounds, fitness levels, professional and social strata, including athletes, corporate executives, business leaders and countless others who demand a high level of specialized expertise and a results-oriented approach to both nutrition and fitness.
