Personal Trainer Overview

The STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAMS are for individuals looking to maintain or improve general fitness or develop sport-specific fitness and abilities using a selected variety of athlete and coach selected modalities.

The programs are based on some basic principles:

Communication between athlete and coach is vital to effective training and performance.

Everyone is deserving of individualized attention despite their ability level or overall magnitude of goals.

The NUTRITION PROGRAMS are for individuals who are interested in taking an in-depth look at current dietary intake patterns for a variety of reasons including:

Discovering if the diet meets current recommendations for optimal health

Identifying patterns of appropriate or inappropriate eating

Learning ways in which body fat/weight can be safely modified

Improving sport/exercise performance by fueling properly before, during, and after exercise
