Personal Trainer Overview

Kevin Weston has been in the health and fitness industry since 2004 and finds great fulfillment in assisting people increase their quality of life. He has worked and designed exercise programs for a wide variety of people from high school athletes to seniors.

Training Philosophy

Two words represent Kevin’s training philosophy: consistency and sustainable. He believes that exercise and fitness should enhance your life, not take over it. Many people will be drawn to different fitness programs based on the promise that it will change how they look in the shortest period of time. Kevin’s training philosophy is focused on helping his clients not only meet their goals, but more importantly be able to maintain that change.

So what does that mean? Well, it means helping clients find a reasonable, customizable approach that they can see themselves doing long-term. There are lots of programs on the internet to help you lose weight, increase strength and endurance, but how many of those programs can you see yourself doing the next 15-20 years? When the client takes an active role in discovering what physical activities works for them and they take ownership in that discovery, they begin to change. A mental and physical transformation from an on again, off again exerciser, to a consistent, life-long active person who lives a lifestyle of movement.
