Learn the art of invisibility in defensive positions for precise counter movements. The components are cardio conditioning, focus, endurance, and power training with heavy bag, focus mitts, kick shield, double end ball and non-contact sparring drills.

Bio

Ken is a former world-ranked, undefeated Kickboxing Champion who has opened several successful kickboxing clubs, and taught thousands of students in the Metro Detroit area. In the late 80's and Early 90's Ken was known as a fitness instructor's instructor by combining martial arts and boxing movements with standard aerobic dance and circuit training programs. As a national fitness leader for the largest fitness organizations, Ken's programs Kaerobics, Kickboxercise, and the Fighting Trim Workout ® were widely accepted with mass appeal. He is considered an early pioneer in the Martial Arts Aerobic movement. Ken's Fighting Trim Workout video, received the highest ranking of all fitness videos from Shape magazine and was voted Best Newcomer by Self magazine.
