Personal Trainer Overview

Red’s Real Fitness was created in March 2006, built on a philosophy that welcomes fitness training at any level, any age, by motivating, supporting, and inspiring with positive energy. Red’s Real Fitness is not a gym, but an appointment based training facility open to anyone who is looking for a more balanced approach to health, fitness, and overall success, in a world overloaded with the fast paced stresses in modern life. It strives to fill the void of “getting lost as just another member”, through superb customer service, educational based training, and collaboration with other like-minded health and wellness professionals. Red’s Real Fitness has continued to nearly double its gross profits each year.

In 2010 Kelsey formed Positive LifeForce, an overhead company under which Red’s Real Fitness and other wellness practictitioners could practice cooperatively in a larger, more convenient location. Positive LifeForce is currently located at 3000 Wayne Street in Endwell, NY & currently houses Yogage Yoga and Massage, Yosai School of Karate, Green Dragon Martial Arts, & Red’s Real Fitness.

Training Philosophy

I believe there is nothing you cannot achieve if you set your mind to it, but at times we need to reach out and ask for guidance, motivation and supporrt. Challenge your individual limits in everything you set out to accomplish, reach for your dreams, and believe you will reach them. Each day train or work as hard as you can in "that day", and remember you are different every moment. Accept and embrace who you are and give yourself permission to be that person, in turn becoming the best that you can be. Commitment and focus can make anything possible. Fitness can make you feel alive and take you beyond your wildest dreams. Anybody, given the proper guidance, motivation and support, can aspire and soar to new heights! I couldn't ask for a better career. To know that I've played a small part, directly or indirectly, in helping someone become more healthy and fit is about as rewarding as it gets.
