Personal Trainer Overview
I am a Holistic Nutritionist, Health Coach and Personal Trainer with 10 years experience in the industry! I help women lose weight and tone up. Looking for a more fun way to exercise? I create an athletic exercise program incorporating fun sports training drills as part of weight loss and toning programs. My training will address your fitness and body composition goals.
Training Philosophy
I believe everyone has their own fitness goals and are on their own journey in life. My training sessions will not include "repeat" workouts that I use for everyone. Each session will be unique and tailored to YOU based on what you need and want. Same goes for nutrition! I create custom meal plans and nutrition lessons based on what you like to eat along with your calculated calorie goals.

Does it bother you that most fitness trainers have naturally fit bodies and they don't understand what you are going through on your weight loss journey? Don't fret! I struggled with my weight for years before becoming a Personal Trainer. I know first-hand how hard it can be to fluctuate on the scale. With my first pregnancy, I gained 50 pounds!! Being a mom made me realize I needed to make some serious changes in my health. After adjusting my diet and creating a Personal Training program for myself I lost a 75 pounds! I decided to become a Personal Trainer and Plant Based Nutritionist to share my story and help people like you get back on track.
