Training Philosophy
Kelly’s training philosophy is that every client is a unique individual. Each new client begins with a fitness assessment to determine what their goals, strengths, weaknesses, and needs are. From there, she maps a plan to get you where you want to go as efficiently as possible. No two people travel the same journey, so she doesn’t require contracts or sell packages. Kelly believes in a holistic approach that considers all aspects of your life to achieve complete health and wellness, including fitness, nutrition, stress management, emotional health, etc. All abilities are welcome, including older and elder adults, masters athletes, those living with chronic medical conditions, pre and post-natal women, and those who wish to continue making progress after being discharged from physical therapy. Because no contracts are required, programs can be tailored to fit your budget.
