Personal Trainer Overview

I focus on getting the body moving correctly through rehab and corrective exercises then building strength to promote losing fat and building muscle. I approach all of my training clients through a holistic lens to keep any progress you make for years to come.

Training Philosophy

I am a holistic trainer. I want you to feel better then ever before and you will then look better too. I have a long term approach to teach you not show you how to live a healthy fit life. The best motivation I know of is having my clients feel their best. Once you get the taste of that you'll never want to stop. I believe building a strong body through weight training and promoting healthy eating choices but also enjoying the time you have on this earth with good food. I use minimal cardio with my clients because I believe weight lifting creates a better body and will give you the look you want.

Education

I have studied Exercise Science, and Biochemistry while in college. I also remain up to date on the science of fitness through reviews of current research papers. Bio

I am originally from New Hampshire. I studied Biochemistry and Exercise Science in North Carolina while competing in Track and Field at Division 1 level. I have been a personal trainer for 5 years now working with clients ranging from high school and collegiate athletes to +50 yr olds. I compete in natural drug tested bodybuilding competitions now as my competitive outlet.
