Bio

Katy has always been passionate about health and fitness. She grew up in a small town where she took a variety of dance classes because she loved movement and the joy of dance. After graduating from college, Katy worked for the government for approximately 18 years. During that time, she realized that she needed to get out from behind the desk and become a fitness professional. Katy is a Personal Trainer and holds certifications in P90X, Turbo Kick, Hip Hop Hustle, PiYo, Zumba and Zumbatomic. Katy teaches all of these formats and Boot Camp around the Baltimore area. She will work with you to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
