Katie is dedicated to encouraging healthy eating habits and consistent exercise to achieve lasting health and fitness results. She has a background in human physiology, anatomy, as well as nutrition, weight training, fitness instructor, and exercise.
Katie loves working with people of all ages and fitness levels. Katie creates a very positive and friendly atmosphere so you stay engaged and motivated on your fitness journey.
