Personal Trainer Overview
Training Philosophy
Coming from a background in fashion modeling, I can definitely understand the pressure to look good and feel great. Through my modeling career I picked up a lot of information about correct nutrition and how to promote a positive body image at all times. I love giving people the self confidence and the better lifestyle that they deserve.
You will see and feel results the first day you start Personal Training with me. You will be shown proper exercise from and what the correct number of sets and repetitions are. This will help you achieve the best results.
All of my Personal Training clients, from athletes, to bodybuilders, and professionals say they have never felt the exercises burn like this before. My opinion is, if it feels normal… It's not the most effective exercise method!
Your body doesn't like pain and will do what it can to not have it, but there is a distinct difference between good pain, "feeling the burn", to bad pain, which can cause injury.
Focusing on correct exercise form and technique uses more muscle throughout the exercise workouts which results in increased lean muscle, muscle toning, muscle strength, a faster metabolism, and weight loss. Using correct exercise form and technique also increases muscle balance, which increases injury recovery and injury prevention. Your body will also feel more balanced and therefore, you will become much stronger.

Bio
It’s about pushing through the demanding situations. That’s what it takes to continue with the physical, mental and emotional hurdles you will face getting in-shape and staying in-shape.
It’s all about control over you. Living a healthy lifestyle is done one hour at a time.
Training is all about belief and hope. The Belief that you, and only you, have the power to change your lifestyle. The daily hope that you can continue down this path, hour by hour.
It’s about listening and understanding. When someone gives their best effort, show them some appreciation, but when someone wants to quit, you have to be tough and motivate them not to give up.
It’s about absolutely pushing your limits, and knowing you won’t settle for less
