Building a strong foundation is the most important thing when it comes to exercise. My philosophy is to use corrective exercise strategies to identify any muscle imbalances (overactive or under active muscles) before starting a workout program. Once those issues are addressed and corrected, we can then design a program that will address your fitness goals.

My training philosophy is to create a training environment that not only motivates but also empowers individuals to challenge themselves in a fun rewarding way. I ultimately want to provide my clients with the tools they need to be successful. Exercise is just one step in reaching your fitness goals, the other critical step is nutrition. I work with clients and help them understand the importance of both. I focus on corrective exercise, weight loss, rehabilitation, strength training, balance & flexibility and nutritional guidance.
