Training Philosophy
I believe the key to a successful work out program is variety. I like to spice up my programs with different techniques and equipment. Variety will not only keep the sessions exciting, but client's will see quicker results.
Staying fit does not have to be a chore and it does not have to be limited to the gym only. I specialize in creating outdoor training programs.
Overall, I want my clients to challenge themselves and accomplish what they thought was impossible. I want them looking and feeling their best.

Bio
I have always believed that if you make fitness fun, it will stay with you the rest of your life. There's not a day that goes by that I am not active. Whether it's playing paddle ball at the beach, frisbee at the park, or running the lake with my dogs, I always try to incorporate some kind of activity into my everyday life.
I knew early on that I wanted to take my passion for fitness and make it into a career. In 2008, I became a certified personal trainer through NESTA and am currently pursuing a MS in Nutrition and Dietetics.
