We do individualized & customized one-on-one sessions, small group training, athlete speed & agility training, TRX training (one-on-one & in groups), weight loss & nutrition counseling.

Education

Karl is an NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer, NASM PES (Performance Enhancement specialist), NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS), NASM Golf Fitness Specialist (GFS), and TRX Certified Trainer, living and working in the Syracuse, NY area. Whether you're an experienced athlete, or new to the fitness arena, Karl can help you to achieve your fitness goals!
