Personal Trainer Overview
I incorporate weight training, cardiovascular training and core training in a one hour session. I teach the the tools for staying fit. I also help you with your nutrition by guiding you to the right kinds of foods. You can train in my state-of-the-art studio or the comfort of your home.
Training Philosophy
As a personal trainer, I create programs based on a clients needs. The goal is for my clients to feel comfortable working out. I teach and guide them in proper technique and form. None of my workouts are the same, so that you do not get bored. I help guide my clients to eating healthy foods. I really enjoy seeing my clients transform their bodies and have more energy through weight training, cardiovascular training and core training. I am a mother of 3 boys and I worked very hard at keeping myself in shape.
My expertise is in weight training and cardiovascular training.
Education
I have been a manager at a womens gym and taught weight training classes. I have taught boot camps and karate. I work with all different kinds of people including older adults, children, post rehabilitation, special populations, as well as women and men of any age. I do a fitness assessment with each client to determine their level of fitness. I incorporate bands and stability balls into my exercise programs. I emphasize and teach good nutrition.
Bio
I have been in the fitness field for over 20 years. I have 3 boys and a husband who is a physician.
I enjoy working out, reading, listening to music, spending time with my family, watching football especially the Ravens. I also enjoy biking, hiking and swimming. I also enjoy going to beach and relaxing.
