Bio
I began my interest in fitness at a young age, due to my father being a trainer and nutritionist. He was bodybuilding before I was even born, so you can imagine what kind of house I lived in during the 1980s. I became know as the "guru" of training and nutrition in my town by the time I was 16. That is when I started pursuing this as a career. My first intership at Elite Image Nutrition, Gold's Gym, and World's Gym in 1999. I basically shadowed my dad as he trained all his clients (houswives to NFL athletes) and I also sat in on each nutrition consultation. Years past and by the time I was 23, I had recieved my bachelors degree in fitnees, played college football, won NPC Mr. Alabama bodybuilding show, trained professional athletes and developed a huge clientel of training and nutrition clients. Then by Dec 2008, I had recieved my Master's Degree and opening my first training facility. I staying in my first facility for 1.5 years, I then tripled the size of it my gym and grew my business even more but at a faster rate. I was only in the second location 1 year, then I doubled the size again and put it in a prime location for easy access to my clients. Now, it is 2012 and we are helping people in our state of the art facility everyday.
