Personal Trainer Overview

Working in multiple gyms and facilities over the years I've developed a wide range of training styles that I incorporate into each of my training sessions. I primarily focus on progressive strength training and unorthodox type training you won't see in most gyms. With that I like attacking weak points such as previous injuries, stability, and imbalances. I feel this provides the most well rounded program a person can offer while adding some fun into each training session.

Training Philosophy

When it comes to any type of training; whether it be weight loss, weight gain, functional training, or sport specific training, you always get what you put in. If you give 50%, you will get 50% of the results you want. It's that simple.

I for one believe that goals are reached when you give your full effort to not only your exercise program but also the diet you follow. The symbiotic relationship between exercise and diet cannot be overcome by just devoting more time to exercise. You need to be dedicated in both areas to achieve the results you want and this is why the diet is one of my main focus areas.

When a client signs up with me, I make sure they get the results they want by stepping out of the box and always giving them more than they pay for. I do this by keeping in constant contact with them daily to make sure they're holding up their end of the bargain and staying on track outside of our sessions. The progress they get reflects the knowledge I give them and the work I put into them so I make sure they achieve their goals. When they reach their goals, I reach mine.

Education

Starting in a gym very young, I have always had my foot in the door. I started with the most basic online personal training certificate you can get. From there I took courses with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and became a certified trainer through them and a weight loss specialist (WLS). I also got certified in Advanced Sports Nutrition, RIPPED certified, and TRX certified.

Bio

I kind of have an empowering story that continues to be the force that drives me every single day.

At a young age I was introduced to a lifestyle that involved drugs, alcohol, and anything else destructive to the body. After living this lifestyle for a few years I knew I was meant for more. I turned my hobby of fitness into a career and became NASM certified. I eventually learned that by helping others reach their personal goals, I was reaching mine as well. In the first few years I worked at base level gyms and high end facilities gaining experience and multiple success stories of clients loosing 100+ pounds!

In 2013, I was ready for the next step. I became the business owner of Level 10 Fitness and Nutrition. Here, I not only continued to help others towards a healthy lifestyle, but I also put my nutrition and training expertise to the test! In 2014, I competed with UFE (Ultimate Fitness Events) and took home the 1st place trophy as a Fitness Model. In 2015, I sold my company to relocate to South Florida. I did this in search of more opportunity and to expand my skills even further . Every day I strive to show excellence in all aspects of my career and remain hungry for every opportunity that presents itself.
