Personal Trainer Overview

A highly motivated and dedicated fitness professional focused on using life and athletic experiences to create change and results in my client's lives. I am a former collegiate football from the University of Texas that utilizes my career experiences to influence my high energy training style. Due to a career ending back injury, much of my training is focused around injury prevention and wellness. Helping people achieve goals, and building relationships in the process, is my passion.

Training Philosophy

My training focuses around functional movements and wellness, injury prevention and management, and athletic performance. Under each of these philosophies, specific training modalities are utilized. Specialties include strength training, speed and agility, injury prevention, stretching, and weight management.

Personal Philosophy: I am a firm believer that life is way too short to worry about every little thing, and not find our joy. We only get one life, and I believe that we would be foolish to not live it to the max. Smile more, tell people you love them, and live for joy, not out of fear!
