Julie’s qualifications to provide wellness services are unrivaled. In 1985, she was one of the first people in the nation to receive the prestigious American College of Sports Medicine Fitness Instructor Certification. In 1996, Julie received the Award of Excellence from the Governor’s Council for Physical Fitness and Health for her contributions to health and fitness in North Carolina.
In 2006 Julie was a featured speaker along with Richard Simmons at The Spa at Pinehurst’s “Energizing Weekend”.
In December 2008 Julie was awarded Most Fit Health Club Professional in America.
Most recently Julie was recognized as one of the Top Ten Personal Trainers in America of 2011.
