The JLM FITNESS goal of providing the highest quality fitness training is achieved by addressing several key areas.

We provide excellent service through punctuality, reliability, professionalism and constant continuing education.

Educate clients. Our responsibility goes beyond simply taking a client through a series of exercises without an explanation. We educate clients about their program design.

Provide clients with the most effective training program for their goals. This is accomplished through a structured process of creating each individual’s program. By taking into account a client’s health/fitness history, and performing a thorough assessment to identify postural and mechanical imbalances we are able to design a program geared toward the specific needs of each client.

Once a program has been designed, we work to make each workout effective and engaging by utilizing a variety of training methods.

Our training principles are based on the most current research in the field of exercise science and integrated training.

Julia Morichelli is an accomplished fitness specialist within a select group of professionals that have been in the fitness industry from its infancy. With over 30 distinguished years working in the fitness industry, Julia is currently the sole owner of her company, JLM Fitness.

As the sole proprietor of her business, Julia provides the services of personal trainer, weight loss specialist, and nutritionist. Moreover, she has unique insight into the particular needs and complications faced by clients with Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), and other autoimmune disorders.

A dedicated professional, Julia delights in having the ability to work with a diverse group of clients and share in the success of their fitness and health goals.

In addition to her work with private clients, she acts as a consultant to other businesses as well as fellow fitness industry professionals. She was featured on ABC 7 News as a fitness and weight loss expert for their “Healthy Living” segments. She has also been sought for projects like designing specialized exercise routines for children and seniors.

Recognized for her commitment to personal and professional excellence, Julia is always building on her wealth of knowledge and experience by seeking out new information and challenges. Her qualifications include, but are not limited to, Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
