Personal Trainer Overview
I like to incorporate techniques from various workout plans into my day to day programs. In order to achieve optimal results, we need to continue surprising our muscles with new and innovative exercises.
Training Philosophy
I am a strong believer in dedication and hard work. Anyone who thinks there is a shortcut to achieve their weight loss or muscle growth goals is mistaken. In order to achieve optimal health on both the outside and the inside, an individual needs to find the right workout and nutrition plan and stick to it as best they can.
Bio
I have been training personally for over 7 years. During that time, I have teamed up with various workout partners and have become versed in many different techniques and programs. I have been working in the health & fitness field for most of my life. My experience ranges from massage therapy, teaching group fitness classes, and dance instruction/choreography. I am also very knowledgeable of health and nutrition, and have established diet plans to accompany each workout program.
