Bio
I specialize in weight loss with an emphasis on corrective exercise and injury prevention and have helped multiple clients lose anywhere from 10 to 40 pounds. I grew up overweight and went through two dramatic weight loss transformations losing roughly 80 pounds both times. These two transformations helped transition me from a sedentary lifestyle to one that loves exercise and activity. This new love for activity and movement combined with a lower back injury sustained through repetitive improper form pushed me to want to become a personal trainer to learn how to help myself and others reach their goals effectively and safely.
Through the use of free weights, resistance bands, and proper nutrition principles, I help people take their lives and health back safely without having to leave the comfort of their homes.
My goal is to give people the tools they need to eat healthier while still getting to eat towards their taste buds, and to help them fall in love with being active to keep the weight off. I want to set you up for the rest of your life! It is my core belief that until health and fitness become a part of you, you will always be held captive to the constant battle of weight gain and potential health issues due to poor eating and inactivity.
For this reason, I have worked hard to develop an evidence-based training and habit-changing approach that delivers long-term results, is adaptable, easy to put into place, and really only takes commitment and dedication to reap the benefits. Both of which I help my clients to achieve.
