Personal Trainer Overview
My training combines 20 years of sports training with years of anatomy and physiology education to create training that puts an emphasis on functional strength and the body's ability to manipulate itself. You're only as strong as your weakest muscle group so overal strength and with a dominant core is important.
Training Philosophy
Any successful and lifelong change to your body is going to start first and foremost with your diet. You can spend hours in the gym working your but off but if you do nothing about your diet you're fighting a losing battle that time will expose. You work hard in the gym, your diet will either show that or hide it. When I train whether its myself or a client I work on the entire body, strengths and weaknesses, with everything resonating from the core. Balance is key.

Bio
Graduated from the University fo Iowa with degrees in Psychology and Health and Sports Studies with Minors in Business Administration and Recreational Studies/P.E. Skills. Have been training since 2004 with a multitude of different demographics from young(13) to old (88) and a wide arrange of skill from many levels of sports involvement and history to those that had never been overly physically active until they met me. I like to bring people into a community of positive feedback and support so that there's always a group of individuals that you can fall back on if your social support is lacking. My personal philosophy is "If I can help, I will."
