Personal Trainer Overview

We conduct 30 minute full-body routines that utilize weight machines, bodyweight exercises, and cardio intervals to help the client reach their goals. We utilize a "one set to fatigue" protocol that focuses on controlled movements without momentum. Our trainers will coach you through good form for each exercise to help you target the correct muscles and minimize risk of injury. Our nutrition program is an excellent compliment to the fitness component by providing accountability and guidance when it comes to the food we eat.

Training Philosophy

We believe that a personal trainer should educate, motivate, and inspire our clients to live a healthy lifestyle. Our team works with all the clients using similar training protocols. We will always work with the client to give them the motivation they need. Whether it be holding them accountable, pushing them to their limit on each exercise, or simply talking to them about their day, we will do it. Honestly, being a personal trainer is about wearing multiple hats and knowing how to read each person.
