Personal Trainer Overview

I am committed to teaching fitness with proper form and technique. Ensuring clients safety is the number one priority. I have over 20yrs experience in personal training. I specialize in functional, dynamic, strength, endurance and core training.

Training Philosophy

I am a product of my own environment meaning, I practice what I preach. All the experience from playing sports all my life, basketball, football and Mma. I participate in endurance races and I use my skills, experience and education. I can perform at the highest level, through proper nutrition and training variables. This includes micro and macro training cycles changing training as the body adapts to getting stronger.

Education

I have over 20yrs experience, I am crossfit certified since 2000 I hold two certifications the most recognized in the industry. They are from the national academy of sports medicine since 2003

Bio

I grew up always playing sports, I began in fitness at a early age. I played baseball, basketball, football, rugby, boxing and any sport I could. Staying fit and in shape from fitness has helped me stay injury free all my life. I currently am very active and participate in endurance races every year. My favorite exercise is Romanian Deadlifts
