As a former Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) competitor and Football player, John likes to keep in mind that not all men and women are created equal. We come in variety of shapes, sizes, and strengths. Therefore, we should have different expectations when it comes to results. With experience in MMA, Functional Training, Yoga Elite Training, Plyometrics Strength Training, Rip Abs, Core Synergistics, Conditioning and Dynamics Training, he has the high motivational energy, skills and background to help you reach and surpass your workout goals.

I enjoy pushing clients to be their best by setting an example in y own personal fitness. I practice what I preach, and I expect my clients to follow suit. I'm here to educate, motivate, innovate and appreciate. I would also like to extend my thanks to all the people who've helped me get here. This set in motion my life mission—to inspire others to change their lives through physical fitness.
