My training method is a combination of strenght training mix with cardio and kickboxing elements. Its taking you to the next level. Before you come train with us you will get a complete testtraining the measure our overall condition.

We will always listen carefully to our clients what the tell us the want to acieve. Then we test our clients to there best. When we are done whit that we will make an program for them to achieve there goals.
Im realy dedicated to my clients and off course also highly motivated. I think when the client come and train with us the will get also highly motived by our energy. Whe love sports and we love training our clients!
