Personal Trainer Overview
Using multiple exercise traditions to build muscle mass, increase range of motion, flexibility and balance, in a 40-minute workout designed for the sedentary over age 50, to enhance the quality and length of life.
Training Philosophy
Moving every muscle in every direction several times a week helps to restore all those neurological connections that may have faded with disuse. Using many of the movements from Asian martial arts, helps to create new patterns that stimulate nerve connections and enhance the ability to respond to sudden and unexpected physical events.

Graduate of Bellingham Technical College personal trainer program--Personal Trainer Course, Resistance Training Course, Sports Nutrition Specialist Course.
