Personal Trainer Overview

I am passionate about creating real, long term lifestyle change for my clientele. For me that encompasses fitness, eating style, and emotional wellness. I encourage my clients to view their body and health as an expression of all aspects of their lives. I'm an expert at working with clientele that have been training consistently and feel they have sound nutrition but are still not seeing the results they want. Im excellent at coaching individuals and enabling them to turn their bodies into fat burning machines, igniting their metabolic fire and transforming their physique.

Training Philosophy

My training philosophy is focused on intense strength training, HIIT cardio and dietary changes aimed and completely transforming my client's body composition. It's is the opposite of how most people, women in particular, have been conditioned to train. My training style is focused on impeccable form, patient and determined practice, positive energy, goal setting and celebrating the victories we will achieve each day.

College basketball player at Trinity University, San Antonio. Three time Ironman finisher. Globetrotter, avid cyclist, aspiring ultra marathoner, full time bike commuter, NPC figure competitor, olympic power lifting enthusiast, certified raw foods chef who now follows a paleo lifestyle and all around rad girl. Oh, and I'm funny...like really funny.

My favorite city in the world is Austin Texas, with Kathmandu, Nepal a close second. My favorite thing is my Soma Rush fixed gear. My favorite food is fresh, green, organic and spicy with a nice cut off beef on top. My favorite smoothie is the The God Ride from Food4Fitness Café. It's off menu, so dont forget to wink twice when ordering. My favorite thing to do before the sun comes up is meditate. My favorite hairstyle is the Euro-mullet, which is getting rocked in Istanbul to this day (thank God). My favorite yoga style is Anusara. my faorite body part to strength tarin is shoulders. My favorite person and training partner is Mr. Russell Pickavance. My favorite facial hair configuration is a solid handle bar mustache waxed to perfection. I love documentaries of any subject, I love a great double Americano, I love to rock a pair of cutoffs and I am in love with zippers as a fashion accent.
