At Phase 10 Athletics, we believe there are 10 key areas to overall fitness, and our system is designed to maximize your potential in each of these key areas. Whether you need to lose weight, tone up, or increase your athletic performance, our strategy is designed to work for you!

Training Philosophy

For more than 15 yrs. I have studied and practiced the intricate elements of health and fitness. It was in the beginning when I realized exercise was not just a fad to be shuffled in and out of life, but rather, a life-long journey and commitment! After years of research, study, and exercise, I began an intense sports training program to put my knowledge to the test. I experienced first-hand how the body responds to different types of exercises and learned many that anyone can do to keep things fun and challenging. Eventually came Phase 10 Athletics - a 10-phase program centered around every area of fitness: Nutrition, Posture, Flexibility, Balance, Endurance, Core, Strength, Speed, Agility, and Power. That's Phase 10 - the essentials Intensified!
