Bio
Jessica is an experienced certified personal trainer, an avid backpacker, touring cyclist, distance runner, climber, yoga practitioner and a graduate student pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology. She believes that movement and exercise are the answer to managing our stressful modern lives and resulting ailments. Jessica specializes in facilitating workouts that focus on the breathe and mind-body connection while taking you to your edge physically. She is on a mission to provide excellent physical training to clients who want a more creative and meaningful approach to exercise while still seeing results.
