Personal Trainer Overview
I have my own unique style of training. I make specialized programs based off of each clients needs. If that is weight loss, I do training with low weight and high reps. If you're interested in toning it'll be the same route. I encourage my clients all the time with positive reinforcements, and they always have someone to hold them accountable. I keep a nice family environment.
Training Philosophy
I believe that exercise and staying active is an important part of life. The more active you are, the better quality of life you will have. It helps to boost confidence. I train people to help them reach there goals small or big. I love to help people with basics like normal strength straining. One of my favorite pieces of equipment to use is the TRX because it is a core strengthening piece of equipment. It can also be used efficiently for a full body workout. I believe that nutrition is a very important part of training. You have to fuel your body with healthy foods to be able to perform and workout efficiently. I motivate my clients by using positive reinforcement and treating them like family. What motivates me more and more everyday is to see clients succeed and reach there goals. I'm in this for my clients.

Bio
My name is Jeshua Pope. I’m born and raised in Lawrenceville Georgia (That’s rare to hear!). I’ve always been active from a very young age. My parents always had me outside playing basketball, football, running, or any kind of activity., I maintained my active lifestyle by joining gyms and, playing some sports with friends. I also would help my friends train to walk-on to some college teams. A few of them made it, and that was a really great feeling for me to see them succeed. In my last year of college, I interned with Tarryn Hoff (as seen on GoTarryn TV). Tarryn helped get my feet in the water of personal training. I realized how much I love to help people stay active, and I had so much fun doing it. Tarryn introduced me to Max Nazaire at Fit2DMax. Max Nazaire mentored me for about 7 months and counting. While working for him, the studio in Roswell won the best small fitness studio in Atlanta (voted by “Atlanta’s Best Self Magazine”). I live in Lawrenceville, so that daily to and from Roswell became difficult. I also needed to be home to help out my wife, we are newlyweds. These thoughts led me to opening up Flex Appeal. I’m starting off with a concept like my mentor Tarryn, and in the future I will have a studio like Max.
