ADS incorporates advanced weight training methodology, HIIT training (body weight and implements), nutrition and A.R.T. to help you reach your goals in an efficient manner.
Training Philosophy
ADS uses an "ambush" protocol to help you reach your goals. This combines tools from multiple disciplines to attack the problem from every angle. This will include but not be limited to nutrition, general weight training and advanced weight training protocols, interval training, soft tissue release using A.R.T., german volume training, supplement protocols specific to your needs, strong man work as suited, crossfit and boot camp style work as suited. Our specialty is results.

Bio
Jeremy has undergraduate and graduate level, exercise related degrees. He was a college strength and conditioning coach for College of Charleston and University of Tennessee athletics for a total of 7 years. Jeremy has been in the training field for 18 years and has trained roughly 2500 athletes and over 2000 members of the general population over that time. He has also worked in age management/hormones therapy for 5 years and currently teaches sports nutrition at the undergraduate level.
