Hello! I have a background in oncology nursing which led to my passion for exercise oncology. I believe it is crucial to have exercise programming part of the treatment plan for those living with cancer to improve physical, mental and emotional health and well being. I am knowledgeable about cancer treatment side effects and specific exercise precautions within the cancer population.

Well rounded exercise programs are the key to success! Since I do specialize in the cancer population, I do believe in working around the client's scheduled treatments to make th most appropriate exercise program that will set them up for success.

I have been an oncology nurse for over a decade now and have witnessed the disabilling effects cancer and its treatments can have on people. Exercise has been proven to be safe and effective throughout the cancer care continuum. My passion is to empower the cancer population to be an active part of their treatment plan by incorporating exercise programming in order to improve their outcomes.
